WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • Introductory call

    The first stage is an introductory call.This is your chance to share what’s brought you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of how we might work together.

  • First therapy session

    During your first session we will begin to understand your history and theraputic goals, exploring at a pace that is comfortable for you, in a safe and welcoming space.

  • Therapeutic journey

    In each session, we will follow the threads of your experiences to deepen your understanding and offer you the support you need as you move toward healing and growth.
